This event is designed with two key objectives in mind: supporting manning agencies in sourcing top talent and helping skilled seafarers find fulfilling job opportunities at sea.

At its core, this project aims to strengthen the collaboration between manning agencies across the Philippines. With the participation of around 5 esteemed manning agencies based in Metro Manila, this event is poised to significantly impact maritime recruitment.
